How to Begin Your Home Care Journey
To ensure the highest quality of care, we recommend an initial meeting between your family or client and Our Caregiver coordinator.

During this meeting, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your care needs, we will discuss preferred schedules (if known), address specific requests from the family or client, and tackle any additional concerns you may have.

This is also a valuable opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to learn more about your unique situation. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, we’re here to provide recommendations for your needs based on our extensive experience.

Common topics discussed during the initial meeting include:

1. Physical Needs

Addressing bathing, grooming, dressing, meals and diet, mobility, and incontinence.

2. Schedule Review

Discussing routines related to sleep, meals, and medication, as well as emotional needs like social interaction, activities, and companionship.

3. Homemaking Assistance

Covering tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, laundry, and light housekeeping.

4. Logistics

Discussing access to the home, documentation, and how to manage scheduling changes with the office and caregivers.

** If you decide to proceed with care, we will establish a schedule, go over caregiving rates finalize the care plan, arrange an assessment date to address your needs and concerns, and coordinate a meeting with the caregiver(s).
